Greetings all. Here's another one of those updates that may waste approximately 4 minutes of your time or slightly more if you read slowly. So on we go with the time wasting;
Current bearer of the banner is unlucky Chav Marbles. What he lacks in arm mobility he makes up for in enthusiasm. |
Regimental Standard
Here's the Regimental Standard finally finished for my Cadian command group . The banner actually says Scargill PDF but that's not important right now. In all likelihood most games the above model will be availing himself of Cadian rules and occasionally Krieg, depending on whimsy. The model itself is an old metal Imperial Guard model with one arm in a sling . The standard itself bears the three heads of the bearded heretics of Scousehatton, three highly potent Wyrds whom were all decapitated by an exploding Scargill Chimera when they overheated it's plasma engine core. This was all the regiment needed to claim divine protection, an overinflated feeling of importance and a sense of entitlement that persists to this day. The banner itself has painted upon it the image of the skull of a Scargill Mole Buffalo that is a burrowing bovine creature that provides sustenance and entertainment in the underground battle pits of Gremthorpe.
Not all Mole Buffalos have the number thirteen on them, just this one. |
Politeness costs nothing. |
Warp Spiders
I have also finished some Warp Spiders for my Aeldari army. They had their first outing a few days ago and despite being wiped out to an elf against the accursed Tau, they provided quite a nasty anti infaantry threat. I also should have put them in deep strike rather than flickerjump around the place like morons.
Some Itsy Bitsy Spiders |
So there you have it. Some more models to collect dust on my shelf when I skip to another project. Unless I learn to type really quickly and start doing batreps again.
Thanks for reading.
